FAQS

You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.

WHAT WILL MY CAT NEED BEFORE THEIR STAY?

1. Veterinary Health and Immunization records:

We cannot accept guests with communicable diseases. We ensure all cats staying with us have current vaccination records. Please e-mail a copy of the vaccination records, or produce a paper copy before checking in. The following vaccinations are required:

  • Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia (distemper) combination (FVRCP)

  • Rabies

If you have any questions, please talk to your veterinarian, or refer to the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association website for further information.

2. Completed Guest Profile Form:

This will contain important information about your cat, contact details, emergency information and more. You may download this form from the button links below.

MY CAT HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?

We are able to store and feed wet food, raw, and other specialty diets. We can administer subcutaneous, otic, eye, and oral medications. For safety and allergy reasons, we will only feed treats, supplements, or catnip if provided by you for your individual cat.

WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?

Included with overnight boarding are towels for bedding, dishes, scratch post, litter and box, cat toys, and basic kibble if needed. Clean and fresh water is provided twice daily, and the litter is scooped once or twice a day. Each cat receives physical affection from us, and time in the common area while their room is being tidied.

You are welcome to bring them a bed, or similar item, treats, favourite toy, medications or supplements, and food they are familiar with.
